Canadian variations
of badges of rank.
The Canadian Armed Forces used the same
rank insignia as the rest of the British Empire (Commonwealth) until
recently. I do not intend to reproduce them all here again. Only
variations unique to Canada will appear here.
Master Gunner's sleeve
badge, Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery
Quarter
Master Sergeant's sleeve badge. This
is similar to the QMS badge of other armies in the Empire
(Commonwealth) but instead of a laurel wreath there is one of maple
leaves.
This Major's crown rank badge is as
worn by Canadian Paratroops. It is made from plastic.
Canadian Army Combat Rank
badges worn by non-commissioned members of the Canadian Army.
The set includes the Canada Flag,
Canada , Private, Corporal, Master Corporal, Sergeant, Warrant Officer,
Master Warrant Officer ranks.
