Badges of the British Army post WW2

  • As noted in other places on this site the Australian, New Zealand and Canadian Armies took their lead from the British Army in all matters.
  • This was especially true of the Unit and Regiment badges.

  • The page images on the page are thumbnails. Click the image to enlarge.
  • If necessary click the ICON in the lower right hand corner to SUPER ENLARGE.
  • The purpose of this booklet was to track where the WW2 British Regiments had gone in the post war reorganisation and amalgamations.
  • Note that the crowns are all the St Edward's Crown denoting the reign of Queen Elizabeth II.
